Stephanie is an operator and athlete turned investor, bringing over two decades of global experience across sport, operations, and investing. As a former professional athlete and NCAA Division I Tennis Champion, she holds a deep, firsthand understanding of the competitive sports landscape.

Stephanie led the comprehensive turnaround of the global sports footwear brand Piloti as Managing Director, driving the company from bankruptcy to profitability. Through strategic digital marketing, operational transformation, and high-impact brand partnerships with Scuderia AlphaTauri, Selfridges, and GM, she successfully re-established Piloti’s presence in Europe and positioned the company for a successful exit.

Stephanie has since transitioned into early-stage investing, focusing on high-growth, women-led ventures in sports, consumer, and technology, and using her extensive global network to drive innovation and growth in women's sports worldwide.

She holds degrees from UCLA, Georgetown, Stanford, and an MBA from Oxford.
